Quick Question:  Why are back-orders still a thing?  Why can't we embed our project schedule into our material lists at the point of pricing so:

  • The vendor can optimize their shipping options and reduce their costs
  • The contractor can increase cash-on-hand by waiting to release materials to the job site until a reasonable time prior to installation
  • The job site is made more safe with a reduction of materials laying around.
  • Fewer materials are lost or damaged due to being on site for too long.
